We accept various secure payment methods for your convenience. Orders are processed and dispatched within standard business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location in Thailand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your security system. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories included. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process before sending any items back.

Warranty Policy

Our products come with a standard manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, lightning strikes, water damage on non-waterproof models, or unauthorized modifications.
